Elegance Rentals Rental Agreement

We recommend you carefully read the Terms of Service of this agreement. By ordering any products from Elegance Rentals and making a payment, you are automatically agreeing to be bound and becoming a party to this agreement.

If you have any concerns about the following terms of agreement, please contact us before ordering any products.

We reserve the right to change the terms of this agreement at any time in the future, and any changes will apply to the rental of any product after the date of such change.

1. Rental Agreement

Process:

Elegance Rentals hereby leases for a specified period to the below-named person (hereinafter known as the "Renter"), and the Renter hereby rents from Elegance Rentals.

All rental dresses shall remain the property of Elegance Rentals and must be returned upon demand unless they are purchased from Elegance Rentals.

Elegance Rentals’ liability under this Rental Agreement in all cases, including without limitation, failure of delivery of the Dress(es), shall be limited to the return of all sums paid by Renter to Elegance Rentals on account of the rental provided herein.

Contract Signing:

All in-person customers must sign an Elegance Rentals agreement that outlines the terms and conditions of the rental.
All customers who order from the website automatically agree to these terms and conditions by placing an order.

2. Rental Basics

Rental Period:

All dress rentals will be up to 4 days in length, beginning on the day that the dress is received by the Renter, including Saturday and Sunday.
Refunds are not given if the dress is returned earlier than the return date.
The return date will be specified on the rental instructions included with the dress shipment, as well as a confirmation email.
If a shipment to a Renter is delayed, Elegance Rentals will work with the Renter to reasonably compensate for missed time or come up with an alternative agreement.

3. Privacy Policy

Renter’s Information Security:

Elegance Rentals will not distribute any credit card information obtained from the Renter.
Elegance Rentals will attempt to collect payments and payment information via secure websites to prevent fraudulent transactions.
Elegance Rentals will not sell or attempt to sell any information collected from the Renter and will keep all information and accounts private.
We will share individually identifiable information about our consumers with third parties only under the following conditions: when required by a duly authorized governmental order or when necessary to process transactions and deliver our services.

4. Dress Care and Usage

The Renter agrees to the following terms with Elegance Rentals:

Tanning products or any oils that might damage the garment are not allowed while wearing the rental. Any damage to the dress will incur additional fees or the cost of replacement.
Dresses must not be altered or damaged by the Renter. Any alterations will result in damage fees. If the dress is permanently damaged, the Renter will be charged the full price, and it will be considered a purchase.
Professional cleaning is included in the rental price. No additional cleaning charge will apply unless the dress is returned damaged or excessively dirty. Do not dry clean the dress for any reason without the permission of Elegance Rentals.
Elegance Rentals is not responsible for any damage and will not compensate. Using the dress is at your own risk of potential damage.

5. Payment

Payment Fees:

All rental fees must be paid in full at the time of reservation to secure the dress for the Renter's rental dates.
The Renter is responsible for shipping fees to receive the dress. Return shipping will be covered by Elegance Rentals, with a prepaid return label included in the package. Further instructions will be provided in Section 7, labeled "Shipping."

Security Bond:

A security bond will be charged at the time of checkout to ensure the safe return of the rental dress.
The bond amount is refundable upon the timely return of the dress in good condition, subject to inspection for damages or late returns.
If the dress is returned damaged, excessively dirty, or late, the bond will be used to cover the associated costs or penalties, and the Renter may be responsible for additional charges if the bond is insufficient.

6. Cancellations

Full Refunds:

If you cancel before the shipment has been sent out, you will receive a full refund, including the shipping cost.
We encourage all customers to act promptly.

No Refunds or Credits:

To be eligible for a refund or credit, the ribbon tag on the dress must remain intact. If the ribbon tag is removed or tampered with, the dress will no longer be eligible for a refund or credit. The ribbon tag is a security measure to ensure that the dress has not been worn, and its removal will indicate that the dress has been used.
For any concerns, the Renter may contact Elegance Rentals, and we will attempt to resolve the issue within an acceptable time frame.

Partial Refunds:

If you cancel within 48 hours before the rental start period, 50% of the rental cost will be deducted, as well as the return shipping cost.
You will not receive a refund for the initial shipping cost, and the Renter is responsible for returning the garment to Elegance Rentals.

7. Shipping

Early Arrivals:

Dresses received early by the Renter will incur no additional fees.

Return by Specified Date:

The Renter must return the dresses to Elegance Rentals no later than the specified return date.
The Renter is responsible for the safe return of the dresses and should use tracking confirmation to ensure the return.
The Renter is liable for any loss or theft during return shipping.

Prepaid Return Label:

A prepaid return label will be provided within the shipping box, along with detailed return instructions. We encourage all customers to carefully read all instructions provided to avoid mistakes.

Packaging Instruction:

Carefully pack the dress in the original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
Attach the prepaid return label to the package and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.

8. Late Fees

Grace Period:

Renters are provided with a 1-2 day grace period with notification to Elegance Rentals.

Late Returns:

Dresses not returned on or before the specified date will incur a charge of $15 per day for each dress returned late. These charges will be deducted from the Renter's security bond.
Late fees will be deducted from the bond immediately and the remaining balance will be refunded as appropriate.
If the security bond is insufficient to cover the late fees, the Renter may be responsible for paying the difference.

9. Loss/Theft

Non-Returned Items:

Dresses not returned within 10 days will be charged the full purchase price.
Renters are responsible for the safety of the dresses while in their possession and agree to pay for the loss of any item.

10. Feedback and Reviews

Encouragement:

We invite and encourage our customers to share their experiences by leaving reviews on our website.
Additionally, we love seeing our dresses in action, so we encourage customers to post pictures on Instagram and tag our page.

Incentives:

As a token of our appreciation, customers who provide feedback or tag us in their Instagram posts may receive special incentives.

Complaints and Issues:

Should you have any complaints or issues, please report them to customer service without delay. We are committed to addressing and resolving any concerns in a timely and professional manner.

By creating an account or paying for a reservation, the Renter confirms their agreement to all terms stated herein.

Failure to adhere to these terms may result in additional fees and could lead to prohibition from future rentals with Elegance Rentals.
